On 21st of May Georgian International Arbitration Centre hosted the Webinar on Impact of Emergency Situations on Arbitration Hearing

The panelists, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Wahab, Ndanga Kamau and Beka Injia discussed the issues with respect to the virtual hearings and the procedural tools and mechanisms that parties and tribunals can use for ensuring the continuation of the arbitral proceedings in emergency situations.
