GIAC represents most efficient dispute resolution institution in the entire Caucasus – Black Sea – Caspian Region. The GIAC Arbitration Rules reflect the needs of the parties combining recent developments in the field.

The call for a new member of the GIAC Board

Georgian International Arbitration Centre starts to receive applications for the GIAC Board Membership.

The GIAC Board consists of at least 5 and not more than 11 members and is the highest governing body of  the Centre. It is a collegial organ and adopts resolutions on fundamental issues of the GIAC and defines general strategy and main directions of its activities.

The GIAC Board does not interfere with any arbitration proceedings and does not have any connection with the dispute administration. 

The term of the GIAC Board member’s authority is 4 years.
