Costs

The costs of mediation and facilitation shall be calculated as per GIAC’s Mediation and Facilitation Fees Schedule (full text available in Georgian). 

 

*During the pilot phase of COVID 19 Business Support project, for eligible applications GAIC will fully waive administrative fees.

** During the pilot phase of COVID 19 Business Support project, for eligible applications 1 day fee of a mediator or facilitator will be covered through the support of European Union and United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). Beyond this one day the fees shall be covered by the parties pursuant to the GIAC fee schedule.
