GIAC Mediation Model Clause

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with the present contract, the parties agree in the first instance to refer to mediation and submit the dispute to Georgian International Arbitration Centre for settlement under the Mediation Rules of Georgian International Arbitration Centre (GIAC Mediation Rules).
