Successful Completion of GIAC's Certificate Course for Lawyers on 'Representation in Arbitration Proceedings'
The Georgian International Arbitration Centre (GIAC), in collaboration with the Center for International Commercial and Investment Arbitration at Columbia Law School (CICIA) and the Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP) of the U.S. Department of Commerce, is delighted to announce the successful completion of the Certificate Course for Lawyers on "Representation in Arbitration Proceedings."The comprehensive course, spanning multiple sessions from October to January, provided participants with in-depth knowledge and practical skills essential for effective arbitration representation. Sessions covered key topics such as Arbitration Agreements, Initiating Arbitration, Constitution of the Arbitral Tribunal, Procedural Requests and Hearings, Evidence and Document Production, and the Recognition and Enforcement of Awards.
