The following clause is recommended for the parties who wish to designate the Georgian International Arbitration Centre as an appointing authority. Details shall be added upon necessity:

The arbitrator(s) shall be appointed by the Georgian International Arbitration Centre under the GIAC Arbitration Rules Annex II.
