GIAC Secretary General Speaks at the 3rd Caucasus and Central Asia Construction Forum

On April 28-29, 2026, the Georgian International Arbitration Centre (GIAC) acted as a supporting organization for the 3rd Caucasus and Central Asia Construction Forum held in Yerevan, Armenia.

The forum, organized by Innovative Engineering iNGO Armenia and Hogan Lovells, in collaboration with ACEG and Intelligent Solution LLC, focused on the challenges and future of sustainable infrastructure.

GIAC Secretary General Beka Injia featured as a speaker on Panel 8: "Role of Arbitral Institutions in Dealing with Construction and Infrastructure Disputes."

Mr. Injia emphasized GIAC's commitment to providing a stable legal framework for complex regional projects and engaged in a productive dialogue with representatives from VIAC, AMCA, and the Swiss Arbitration Centre.
